The group first came together in 2024, when it organized an event in partnership with the Bucharest Municipality Museum, featuring artistic workshops, a conference, and an exhibition reflecting on global well-being within the urban context. On this occasion, the group collaborated to offer techniques and approaches for self-exploration and enhancing general well-being, all within the welcoming atmosphere of the museum, engaging both professionals and the general public. This experience led to the decision to establish an association and develop a series of future activities.
Recognizing significant needs for personalized services for young people as well as for other vulnerable or “invisible” groups (including seniors, parents, single-parent families, and neurodivergent youth), and acknowledging the public’s interest in artistic expression and self-knowledge, the association aims to design and deliver to the community a variety of educational, recreational, and participatory activities, along with innovative projects tailored to small groups. These are based on specific needs and seek to promote a healthier and more fulfilling life through:
- – Developing creativity and unlocking personal creative potential
- – Cultivating discernment and personal autonomy
- – Building a positive self-image and confidence in one’s inner strength
- – Acquiring skills for adaptation in complex and crisis situations
- – Strengthening the ability to process and use complex information, and to reason clearly amid rapid change
- – Supporting mental health, self-awareness, and emotional development
- – Integrating spiritual growth with constructive approaches to health and well-being
- – Offering hands-on applications that anchor complex concepts in professional practice or everyday life
